📦 How long does delivery take?
Between 7 and 12 calendar days, with free shipping. We email you the tracking number as soon as it ships, so you (and your cat) can watch the package.
🔋 Do the batteries come installed? Can they be changed?
Yes: it comes with 2 LR41 batteries already installed — just pull the tab and play. When they run out, you swap them in a minute (standard button cells, found at any store).
🌿 Is catnip included?
Yes, it comes with catnip included. And when the effect wears off, open the silicone lid and refill the compartment with fresh catnip. Renewable party.
😼 Is it safe for my cat?
It's a soft 5 cm plush made for kicking, chasing and nibbling. As with any toy with sound, it's best to supervise play and remove it if it ever breaks or opens. Micifú has had his for months and it's still in one piece (the ball; him too).
🧽 Can it be washed?
A damp cloth makes it like new. But: it has the sound module inside, so no washing machine or soaking — electronics and water really don't mix.
