At El Esclavo de los Gatos we prepare your order within 24-48 business hours. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 calendar days from when you confirm your purchase.

Shipping is free on all orders. Every shipment includes a tracking number, which you'll receive by email as soon as your order ships.

During busy periods, holidays or customs processing, delivery may take a few extra days. If your order doesn't arrive within the stated time, write to us and we'll look into it with you.
