Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To start one, email soporte@esclavogatuno.es with your order number. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping, and the item must come back unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email soporte@esclavogatuno.es with a photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.

Orders not received

If your order doesn't arrive within the stated delivery window, contact us and we'll make it right with a reshipment or a refund.
